<Description>
<DescriptionText><text>
Amount that DPE should delay data signal through the Data AOM from the start of
sweep. This delay will vary from head to head due mainly to slightly different
optical alignments. It normally is set once during head integration and should
not be changed afterwards.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
The delay is entered in pixels. The pixel size for each resolution mode is
based on the first mode defined in the mode table for the low and high
resolutions separately. For example, if mode 1 is defined as 2400 DPI low, the
delay pixel size for low resolution will be 1/2400 inches. However, if mode 2
is defined as 3200 high, the delay pixel size for high resolution will be 1/3200
inches. To avoid confusion, 2400 DPI should be the first high and low entries
in the table, e.g. Mode 1 - 2400 DPI Low, Mode 2 - 2400 DPI High (or vice
versa).
